Ya Jamala an-Nabiyyi Ya Hanana an-Nabiy

Yā jamāla an-nabiyyi, Yā ḥanāna an-nabiyi

O beauty of the Prophet, O tenderness of the Prophet!

Mā līnā ghayruh huwa, Sākin fī al-qalbi juwwa

We have no one but him; he dwells deep within the heart.

Dah ḥabībī warūḥī huwa, Waḍammanī sayyidunā an-nabī

He is my beloved and my very soul, and our master the Prophet has embraced me.

Mā līnā ghayruhu thānī, Ṭarfuh akḥalu rabbānī

We have no one else besides him; his eyes are dark with a God-given kohl,

Ablaju wardiyyu al-wajāni, Ḥabībunā sayyidunā an-nabī

Radiant, with rosy cheeks, our beloved, our master the Prophet.

Mā līnā ghayru ar-rasūli, Jamāluhu yasbī al-ʿuqūla

We have no one but the Messenger; his beauty captivates the mind.

Naẓratan yā abā al-batūli, Jud bizawratin yā nabī

A glance, O father of al-Batul! Grant us a visit, O Prophet.

Kaffuka yā ṭaha ṭāhiru, Dhikruka sirru al-bashāyiri

Your hand, O Taha, is pure; your remembrance is the secret of glad tidings.

Yā jābira lilkhawāṭiri, Jburnā yā sayyidanā an-nabī

O mender of broken hearts, mend us, O our master the Prophet.

Nūru al-muṣṭafā aḥmadu, Nūrun azaliyyun sarmadu

The light of the Chosen One, Ahmad, is a light without beginning and without end.

Awwalu mā rabbī awjada, Nūruka yā sayyidanā an-nabī

The first thing my Lord brought into being was your light, O our master the Prophet.
