سَلَامُ اللهِ يَا سَادَه

سَلَامُ اللهِ يَا سَادَهمِنَ الرَّحْمَنِ يَغْشَاكُم

Salāmu Allāhi yā sādah, Mina ar-raḥmani yaghshākum

The peace of Allah, O masters, from the Most Merciful, envelop you!

عِبَادَ اللهِ جِئْنَاكُمقَصَدْنَاكُم طَلَبْنَاكُم

ʿibāda Allāhi jiʾnākum, Qaṣadnākum ṭalabnākum

Servants of Allah, we have come to you, we have made for you, we have sought you.

تُعِينُونَا تُغِيثُونَابِهِمَّتْكُم وَجَدْوَاكُم

Tuʿīnūnā tughīthūnā, Bihimmatkum wajadwākum

Help us and rescue us with your aspiration and your generosity.

فَأَحْبُونَا وَأَعْطُونَاعَطَايَاكُم هَدَايَاكُم

Faʾaḥbūnā waʾaʿṭūnā, ʿaṭāyākum hadāyākum

Favour us and give us your gifts and your presents.

فَلَا خَيَّبْتُمُ ظَنِّيفَحَاشَكُمْ وَحَاشَاكُمْ

Falā khayyabtumu ẓannī, Faḥāshakum waḥāshākum

You have not disappointed my hope; far be it from you, far be it!

سَعِدْنَا إِذْ أَتَيْنَاكُموَفُزْنَا حِينَ زُرْنَاكُم

Saʿidnā idh ataynākum, Wafuznā ḥīna zurnākum

We were happy when we came to you, and we triumphed when we visited you.

فَقُومُوا وَاشْفَعُوا فِينَاإِلَى الرَّحْمَنِ مَوْلَاكُم

Faqūmū washfaʿū fīnā, Ilā ar-raḥmani mawlākum

So rise and intercede for us with the Most Merciful, your Master.

عَسَى نَحْظَى عَسَى نُعْطَىمَزَايَا مِنْ مَزَايَاكُمْ

ʿasā naḥẓā ʿasā nuʿṭā, Mazāyā min mazāyākum

Perhaps we will be granted, perhaps we will be given some of your merits.

عَسَى نَظْرَه عَسَى رَحْمَهتَغَشَّانَا وَتَغَشَّاكُم

ʿasā naẓrah ʿasā raḥmah, Taghashshānā wataghashshākum

Perhaps a glance, perhaps a mercy will envelop us and envelop you.

سَلَامُ اللهِ حَيَّاكُموَعَيْنُ اللهِ تَرْعَاكُم

Salāmu Allāhi ḥayyākum, Waʿaynu Allāhi tarʿākum

May the peace of Allah greet you, and the eye of Allah watch over you!

وَصَلَّى اللهُ عَلَى مَوْلَانَاوَسَلَّمْ مَا أَتَيْنَاكُم

Waṣallā Allāhu ʿalā mawlānā, Wasallam mā ataynākum

And may Allah bless our master and grant peace, as often as we have come to you,

عَلَى الْمُخْتَارِ شَافِعِنَاوَمُنْقِذِنَا وَإِيَّاكُم

ʿalā al-mukhtāri shāfiʿinā, Wamunqidhinā waʾiyyākum

Upon the Chosen One, our intercessor, saviour of us and of you.
