Fiyya Hubbun Fiyya Wajd

Fiyya ḥubbun fiyya wajdun washtiyāqun lā yuḥaddu, Yā rasūla Allāhi qalbī lam yazal bismika yashdū

In me is love, in me is ecstasy and longing without limit; O Messenger of Allah, my heart never ceases to sing your name.

Anta lilʿālami raḥma jiʾta tamḥū kulla ẓulma, Naḥnu yā khayra rasūlin bika ṣirnā khayra umma

You are a mercy to the world, who came to erase every darkness; through you, O best of messengers, we became the best of nations.

Ḥubbuka as-sākinu fiyya lam yazal yahmī ʿalayya, Bahjatan fī ar-rūḥi fāḍat wasalāman abadiyya

Love for you, dwelling in me, never ceases to pour upon me a joy that has flooded the spirit, and an everlasting peace.

Ṣalli yā rabbi ʿalayhi wasqinā min rāḥatayhi, Dhābati ar-rūḥu watāqat wabakat shawqan ilayhi

Bless him, O Lord, and give us drink from his palms; the spirit has melted, yearned and wept with longing for him.

Mudh daʿā bi-an-nūri dāʿin raddadat kullu al-biqāʿi, Ṭalaʿa al-badru ʿalaynā min thaniyyāti al-wadāʿi

Since a caller called with the light, every land has echoed: "The full moon has risen over us from the hills of Wada'."
