Aynu al-Uyuni Muhammad

ʿaynu al-ʿuyuwni muḥammadu, Bābu al-ʾilahi al-ʾawḥadu

The source of all sources is Muhammad, the door of the One God.

Bābu ar-rajā fīhi an-najā, Mākhāba man fīhi at-tajā

The door of hope, in it is salvation; whoever takes refuge in it is never disappointed.

Fabsuṭ lahu kaffa ar-rajā, Fahwa al-ḥabiybu muḥammadu

So stretch out to him the palm of hope, for he is the beloved, Muhammad.

Man yahwā ṭaha al-muṣṭafā, Min kulli hammin yuktafā

Whoever loves Taha, the Chosen One, is spared every worry.

Wamadīḥuhu fīhi ash-shifā, Wamaqāmuhu lā yujḥadu

His praise is healing, and his station cannot be denied.

Ṣallā ʿalayhi Allāhu mā, Badru as-samāʾi tabassamā

May Allah bless him as long as the full moon of the sky smiles,

Wa-al-ʾāli mā ghaythun hamā, Watalā al-madīḥa munshidu

And his family, as long as rain pours and a singer recites praise.
