أَرْوَاحُنَا تُرَوَّحْ وَالصَّدْرُ صَاحِ يُشْرَحْ

صَلَاةُ الله عَلَى مَنْصَدْرُهْ بِالنُّورِ مَشْرُوحْ

Ṣalātu Allāh ʿalā man, Ṣadruh bi-an-nūri mashrūḥ

The blessings of Allah upon the one whose breast was opened with light.

أَرْوَاحُنَا تُرَوَّحْوَالصَّدْرْ صَاحْ يِشْرَحْ

Arwāḥunā turawwaḥ, Wa-aṣ-ṣadr ṣāḥ yishraḥ

Our spirits find rest, and the breast, my friend, is opened,

فِي جَاهْ طَهَ الأَفْسَحْفَاحْضُرْ مَعَانَا تَرْبَحْ

Fī jāh ṭaha al-ʾafsaḥ, Faḥḍur maʿānā tarbaḥ

In the spacious rank of Taha; so come with us and you will profit.

وَاشْرَبْ لِكَأْسٍ أَطْيَبْوَذُقْ هَوَانَا وَاطْرَبْ

Washrab likaʾsin aṭyab, Wadhuq hawānā waṭrab

Drink from the sweetest cup, taste our love and be moved,

وَفِي الحِمَى تَقَرَّبْتُعْطَى الصَّفَا وَتُمْنَحْ

Wafī al-ḥimā taqarrab, Tuʿṭā aṣ-ṣafā watumnaḥ

And draw near in the sanctuary; you will be granted purity and gifts.

وَاعْزِمْ بِصِدْقٍ كَامِلْمَعْ سَادَةِ الفَضَائِلْ

Waʿzim biṣidqin kāmil, Maʿ sādati al-faḍāʾil

Resolve with complete sincerity, with the masters of virtues,

وَجَامِعِي الشَّمَائِلْوُرَّاثْ طَهَ الأَمْلَحْ

Wajāmiʿī ash-shamāʾil, Wurrāth ṭaha al-ʾamlaḥ

Who gather all fine qualities, the heirs of Taha, the most handsome.

وَارْقَ إِلَى المَعَالِيوَمُرْتَقَى الكَمَالِ

Warqa ilā al-maʿālī, Wamurtaqā al-kamāli

Rise to the heights, to the ascent of perfection,

تَظْفَرْ بِعَيْشٍ حَالِيتَرُوْحُ بِهْ وَتَسْرَحْ

Taẓfar biʿayshin ḥālī, Taruwḥu bih watasraḥ

And you will win a sweet life, coming and going in it at ease.

لِلّٰهِ مِنْ مَقَامِعَالٍ وَرَافِعْ سَامِي

Lillāhi min maqāmi, ʿālin warāfiʿ sāmī

How wondrous a station, lofty, raised and sublime,

لِخِيْرَةِ الأَنَامِمِنْ كُلِّ أَسْبَقْ أَصْلَحْ

Likhiyrati al-ʾanāmi, Min kulli asbaq aṣlaḥ

For the elect of mankind, every one foremost and most righteous!

وُرَّاثْ طَهَ الهَادِيوَأَجْوَدِ الأَجْوَادِ

Wurrāth ṭaha al-hādī, Waʾajwadi al-ʾajwādi

The heirs of Taha, the guide, the most generous of the generous,

وَجَامِعِ الأَمْجَادِوَكُلِّ وَصْفٍ أَمْلَحْ

Wajāmiʿi al-ʾamjādi, Wakulli waṣfin amlaḥ

Who gathered all glories and every most beautiful quality.

فِيْهِ المَلَاحَهْ تَمَّتْخَيْرَات فَضْلُهْ عَمَّتْ

Fiyhi al-malāḥah tammat, Khayrāt faḍluh ʿammat

In him beauty was perfected; the good of his bounty spread to all.

لَهُ المَطَايَا أَمَّتْمِنْ كُلِّ رَكْبٍ أَفْلَحْ

Lahu al-maṭāyā ammat, Min kulli rakbin aflaḥ

Riding camels made for him from every successful caravan.

يَافَوْزَنَا بِحُبِّهْنَظْفَرْ عَسَى بِقُرْبِه

Yāfawzanā biḥubbih, Naẓfar ʿasā biqurbih

How fortunate we are in loving him! Perhaps we will win nearness to him,

مَعَ خِيَارِ حِزْبِهْمِنْ كُلِّ صَادِقْ أَنْجَحْ

Maʿa khiyāri ḥizbih, Min kulli ṣādiq anjaḥ

With the best of his party, every truthful one, most successful.

هُوْ مَعْدِن النَّجَاحِوَالفَوْزِ وَالصَّلَاحِ

Huw maʿdin an-najāḥi, Wa-al-fawzi wa-aṣ-ṣalāḥi

He is the mine of success, of triumph and righteousness,

وَرَاحَةُ الأَرْوَاحِبِهِ يَا احْبَابْ نَفْرَحْ

Warāḥatu al-ʾarwāḥi, Bihi yā ḥbāb nafraḥ

And the rest of spirits; through him, O beloveds, we rejoice,

هُنَا وَفِيْ القِيَامَهْوَدَار لِلْمُقَامَهْ

Hunā wafiy al-qiyāmah, Wadār lilmuqāmah

Here and on the Day of Resurrection, and in the abode of lasting stay.

وَتُدْرِكُ السَّلَامَهْسَلَامْ رَبِّي تُمْنَحْ

Watudriku as-salāmah, Salām rabbī tumnaḥ

You will attain safety; my Lord's peace will be granted you.

تَحِيَّةِ الإِلَهِلِأَهْلِ المَقَامِ البَاهِي

Taḥiyyati al-ʾilahi, Liʾahli al-maqāmi al-bāhī

The greetings of God upon the people of the splendid station,

مِنْ عَارِفٍ أَوَّاهِصَلَّى لَهُ وَسَبَّحْ

Min ʿārifin awwāhi, Ṣallā lahu wasabbaḥ

Every gnostic, tender-hearted, who prayed to Him and glorified Him,

وَمُقْتَدٍ بِأَحْمَدْالمُصْطَفَى مُحَمَّدْ

Wamuqtadin biʾaḥmad, Al-muṣṭafā muḥammad

And followed Ahmad, the Chosen One, Muhammad.

لَهُ الإِلَهْ يَحْمَدْيَمْنَحُهْ حُبُّهْ يَمْنَحْ

Lahu al-ʾilah yaḥmad, Yamnaḥuh ḥubbuh yamnaḥ

He praises God, and God grants him His love, grants it.

يَا رَبِّ هَبْنَا حُبَّاوَمَعْرِفَهْ وَقُرْبَا

Yā rabbi habnā ḥubbā, Wamaʿrifah waqurbā

O Lord, grant us love, gnosis and nearness,

وَأَهْلَنَا وَصَحْبَاوَعَنَّنَا اعْفُ وَاصْفَحْ

Waʾahlanā waṣaḥbā, Waʿannanā ʿfu waṣfaḥ

And our families and companions, and pardon and forgive us.

وَاخْتِمْ لَنَا بِالحُسْنَىعَلَى مَقَامٍ أَسْنَى

Wakhtim lanā bi-al-ḥusnā, ʿalā maqāmin asnā

Seal our lives with the best in the most sublime station,

وَشُرْبِ كَأْسٍ أَسْنَىنَحِبْ لِقَائَكْ نَفْرَحْ

Washurbi kaʾsin asnā, Naḥib liqāʾak nafraḥ

With a drink from the most sublime cup; we love to meet You, and we rejoice.

نُرَافِقِ المُشَفَّعْذَا القَدْرِ الأَعْلَى الأَرْفَعْ

Nurāfiqi al-mushaffaʿ, Dhā al-qadri al-ʾaʿlā al-ʾarfaʿ

May we accompany the one whose intercession is accepted, of the highest, loftiest rank,

فِي حَال فَوْقَ المَطْمَعْدُوْنُهْ جَمِيْعِ المَطْمَحْ

Fī ḥāl fawqa al-maṭmaʿ, Duwnuh jamiyʿi al-maṭmaḥ

In a state beyond all hope, beneath which lie all aspirations.
